Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a technically skilled Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in PHP and MySQL development. In this role, you will not only provide timely support to clients and internal users but also assist with debugging, code fixes, and minor development tasks to ensure smooth product functionality. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support via email, phone, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot application issues related to PHP code and MySQL database. Analyze and resolve bugs by reading through existing PHP codebases. Write simple patches, queries, and scripts to resolve support tickets. Collaborate with the development team for escalated issues or feature enhancements. Set up and manage local development environments to replicate and fix issues. Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and root cause analyses. Assist QA and deployment teams with post-release support. Identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest permanent fixes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in technical support or PHP development. Proficient in PHP , MySQL , HTML, and basic JavaScript. Solid understanding of debugging tools and log analysis. Experience working with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Linux/Unix server environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
