Technical Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer at C-Zentrix, your primary role will be to install the Linux Operating system on servers onsite and provide technical support for software applications installed on Linux servers. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to clients for C-Zentrix products, troubleshooting operating system, networking, and database (MYSQL) related issues through on-call, onsite, and online assistance. Key Responsibilities: - Install Linux Operating system on servers onsite - Provide technical support for software applications installed on Linux servers - Troubleshoot operating system, networking, and database (MYSQL) related issues - Offer support to clients for C-Zentrix products through on-call, onsite, and online channels Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of Linux Server Installation process & command line - Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL - Familiarity with Networking, SIP, and VOIP gateways such as Audio Code, IP Phones, PRI Gateway - Experience in Technical Support - Hands-on experience with Remote access tools like Team Viewer, Admin, Remote Desktop - Strong oral and written communication skills - Flexibility to work in shifts (24x7) - Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere in India If you are looking for a meaningful, enriching, and growth-oriented role, C-Zentrix offers a conducive work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.
