Technical Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer at C-Zentrix, you will play a crucial role in the installation of the Linux Operating system on servers onsite and providing technical support for Software applications installed on Linux servers. Your primary responsibility will be to offer technical assistance to clients regarding C-Zentrix products through on-call, onsite, and online support channels, encompassing troubleshooting for Operating system, networking, and Database (MYSQL) related issues. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of the Linux Server Installation process, command line operations, and relational databases such as MySQL. Additionally, proficiency in Networking, SIP, and VOIP gateways like Audio Code, IP Phones, PRI Gateway is essential. Your prior experience in Technical Support, familiarity with remote access tools like Team Viewer, Admin, Remote Desktop, and excellent oral and written communication skills will be assets in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively. As part of the Support Engineer role, you should be prepared to work in shifts on a 24x7 basis and exhibit flexibility in terms of traveling and potential relocation within India. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, coupled with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
