Technical Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will work in a multi-functional role involving expertise in Software, Hardware, Networking Infrastructure, Storage, Virtualization, Customer Training, and Technical Support. Your responsibilities will include assisting pre-sales teams in preparing techno-commercial proposals, designing deployment architecture, interacting with customers, resolving product-related issues, and coordinating issue resolution within promised SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify Hardware and Software requirements for Product Implementation. - Stay updated with the latest trends in Hardware and Software Infrastructure. - Design highly available deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture. - Design network security based on customer requirements. - Deploy Hardware, Software, and Application monitoring tools. - Utilize automation for deployments and system upgrades. - Diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and suggest solutions within agreed SLAs. - Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, and product videos. - Assist in knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation. - Participate in design reviews of High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) with Customers. Qualification Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience in Software and Hardware Infrastructure implementation and support. - Education: BE (IT/Computers), MCA.
