Role Highlights

  • Installation, configuration, firmware updates, and bulk print testing

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in AIDC technical support
  • Strong knowledge of barcode printers, scanners, and drivers
  • Experience with firmware, integrations, and customer environments
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
