Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer, based in Dadri. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer technical issues, performing system troubleshooting and diagnostics, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently. Daily tasks include on-site technical support, installation and configuration of systems, and providing ongoing maintenance and support to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in IT and ELV systems
• Experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a technical support role
