Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Tasks (Responsibilities post extensive training by the company)

• The applicant must develop an in-depth understanding of physical identity and access management.

• The applicant must develop his/her skill set to work on multiple technologies such as Electronic Access Control, biometrics, RFID, IoT, embedded systems, Networking, Database administration, and cloud administration.

• He/she will be responsible for online product demonstrations and product support of IDCUBE software and hardware products to various clients as and when required.

• He/she will be responsible for providing online or offsite IDCUBE solution training to various partners and customers, thus maintaining good relationships with clients.

• Prepare technical documentation and technical training videos. Candidate Skillset

• Excellent customer and service orientation, good communication, team skills, and social competence.

• Good knowledge of different operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.

• An added advantage will be Operational Knowledge of IT hardware (servers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, failover clustering).

• Basic knowledge of network technology, especially server technology.

• The structured approach combined with a careful, accurate, and result-oriented methodology, is useful especially in problem analysis.

• The candidate should have the zeal to learn new technologies and an analytical understanding of the solutions.

• The candidate should take the initiative & ownership for delivering the tasks assigned within the timeframe.

Future Career Prospects Once they are well-versed with the IDCUBE solutions, they may get a chance to take up responsibilities in Presales, Sales, Project Management or Product Management.
