Required Qualifications and Skills Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Education, or a related field. Certification: Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) qualification is preferred. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage. Experience: 5+ years of teaching experience, preferably with middle and high school students. Experience working with underprivileged children or in a CSR initiative is a plus. Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning levels.
