Role Overview: As an Intern for Sapne Foundation CSR Initiative by IDCUBE, you will be actively involved in various roles aimed at empowering underprivileged children through education, skill development, and personality enhancement. Your main responsibilities will include developing the Sapne Diary, creating workbooks and educational support materials, conducting research on educational best practices, collaborating with the team, and supporting CSR activities. Key Responsibilities: - Developing the Sapne Diary: You will be responsible for creating a structured journal for children to document their learning journey. - Creating Workbooks & Educational Support Materials: Design engaging and curriculum-aligned content for students. - Research-Oriented Work: Conduct research on best educational practices, child development strategies, and resource optimization. - Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with mentors, educators, and stakeholders to refine content and implement strategies effectively. - Supporting CSR Activities: Assist in workshops, awareness campaigns, and documentation of program impact. Qualifications Required: - Passionate about child education, social impact, and content development. - Skilled in research, writing, and designing educational materials. - Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other content creation tools. - Available for a minimum commitment of 4-6 months. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Development Studies, English, Journalism, or related fields.
