Job Description

As an Event Marketing Executive at IDCUBE Identification Systems Private Limited, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing high-impact events to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. Your role will involve event planning and execution, marketing and promotion, brand representation, collaboration and coordination, as well as analytics and reporting. You will play a key role in planning and executing physical and virtual events such as trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and corporate gatherings. This will include coordinating event logistics, managing on-site operations, and ensuring seamless execution while problem-solving in real time. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will develop pre-event, on-site, and post-event campaigns, design event-related communication materials, and leverage social media and email marketing to drive event attendance and engagement. As a brand ambassador, you will represent the company, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all events. You will work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and design to align event objectives with business goals, as well as coordinate with external stakeholders like agencies, suppliers, and partners for event setup and execution. Monitoring event success metrics and generating detailed post-event reports will be essential to provide insights for continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of proven experience in event marketing or a similar role. Exceptional project management and multitasking skills, proficiency in tools like Canva, CRM platforms, and social media management tools, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to travel and work flexible hours during events are required. In addition to event management, you may also contribute to broader brand marketing efforts, including content marketing, social media engagement, brand partnerships, product launches, analytics and insights, as well as visual identity projects. By collaborating on blog posts, developing campaigns, assisting in product launches, analyzing branding activities, and supporting visual branding consistency, you will help position the brand as an industry expert and drive overall brand marketing activities.,
