Event Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for managing on-ground events, sponsorships, and community engagements at Book My Kitty. Your role will involve organizing various events such as kitty parties, RWA/society-level events, brand activations, and micro-events. You will need to coordinate with venues, restaurants, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will be expected to identify sponsorship opportunities, build partnerships, and collaborate with brands for event partnerships. Building strong relationships with RWAs, influencers, and societies to increase event reach will also be a key part of your role. Moreover, you will collaborate with social media and influencer teams to amplify event campaigns online and supervise event logistics, setup, guest management, and resolve real-time issues. Your responsibilities will also include preparing post-event reports including ROI analysis, sponsor deliverables, and audience engagement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Events, or a related field. - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in event marketing, activations, or brand partnerships. - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. - Excellent vendor management and client servicing skills. - Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage tight deadlines.
