Working Hours : 9.30 to 4.00
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience
and objectives.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues.
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
Lead promotional activities for the event.
Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests.
Listening attentively to customer requests and keeping records of these
requests.
Managing and budgeting customer finances.
Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time.
Remaining under budget with all costs.
Selecting an appropriate venue suitable for the type of event
Having good knowledge of geographic locations and their main
attractions.
Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise.
Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the
event.
Organizing audiovisual equipment in advance.
Coordinating hotels, transportation and food.
Attending and monitoring activities to ensure client satisfaction.
Reviewing bills and approving payments.
Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety
of events.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
