Event Coordinator

Qualification : Degree Female only Age : 20 - 25 Training Available Our Events Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various types of events, often within a specific organization or community. They manage the entire process from initial concept to post-event evaluation, ensuring smooth logistics and attendee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Development: Identifying event objectives and target audience. Developing event themes, concepts, and agendas. Selecting venues, dates, and times. Managing event budgets and finances. Logistics and Coordination: Sourcing and managing suppliers, vendors, and contractors. Arranging AV equipment, catering, and event decorations. Managing registration, invitations, and online meeting platforms. Coordinating event logistics, including set-up, tear-down, and on-site management. Communication and Outreach: Developing marketing and promotional materials. Managing online presence and social media campaigns. Liaising with speakers, presenters, and other stakeholders. Handling delegate and speaker queries. Evaluation and Follow-up: Collecting feedback from attendees. Analyzing event results and identifying areas for improvement. Preparing post-event reports. Additional Tasks: Budget Management: Tracking expenses and ensuring events stay within budget. Supplier Management: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors. On-site Management: Overseeing event execution and resolving any issues that may arise. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with events. Compliance: Ensuring events adhere to relevant regulations and safety protocols. Innovation: Proposing new event formats, activities, and technologies.
