Job Description

SQL Technical Support professional

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom database solutions as per business requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and optimized SQL code based on specifications.
Conduct unit testing and validation to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Manage and maintain code changes using tools like Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
Create and maintain technical/functional documentation.
Troubleshoot and debug database and web application issues.
Stay updated with the latest SQL and reporting technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience in
SQL and PL/SQL
.
Strong proficiency in
T-SQL
and relational database concepts (primary keys, foreign keys, joins, stored procedures, functions, etc.).
Experience in optimizing SQL queries and improving performance.
Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
Familiarity with reporting tools like
SSRS
,
Crystal Report Writer
,
Microsoft Word
,
Adobe Acrobat
, or similar.
Basic understanding of
ASP.NET, C#/.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript, jQuery
is an added advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail.
