Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Design:

   Lead the review and approval of detailed ELV design packages, including drawings, schematics, calculations, and equipment selection. Ensure all designs meet client specifications, project budgets, and relevant international standards.

• Project Coordination:

   Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal project managers. Coordinate seamlessly with MEP, civil, and architectural teams to resolve conflicts and ensure system integration.

• Execution Management:

   Oversee on-site installation teams, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to design intent, safety protocols, and project schedules.

• Testing & Commissioning:

   Develop and execute comprehensive testing and commissioning plans. Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues to ensure all systems perform optimally at handover.

• Documentation & Handover:

   Ensure the complete and accurate production of all project documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals, and warranties. Conduct training sessions for client end-users.

• Value Engineering:

   Propose innovative solutions and alternatives that enhance system performance, reduce costs, and improve project deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 

  5-8 years of progressive experience

   in the ELV industry,

• Proven, hands-on experience

   leading the delivery of large-scale projects involving the integration of multiple ELV systems, including:
• Structured Cabling & Network Systems (OSP/ISP)
• Security Systems (IP CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection)
• ICT & Active Data Networks (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN)
• Audio-Visual (AV) & Video Conferencing Systems
• Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) Integration
• Expertise in reading and creating design drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
