Job Summary: Looking only for immediate joiners. We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Coordinator / Application Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role focuses on supporting, configuring, and maintaining WAVE systems while also handling technical issues and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in IT, a passion for troubleshooting, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment . Key Responsibilitie s: Provide first-level and advanced application support for WAVE systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high availabili ty.Configure and set up WAVE systems in accordance with customer requirements and internal best practic es.Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and manage code migratio ns.Diagnose and troubleshoot software application issues by analyzing logs, error messages, and performance metri cs.Escalate unresolved issues to internal technical teams following defined escalation protoco ls.Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, configuration guides, and support materia ls.Develop user manuals and training content to aid in client onboarding and continued system u se.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and the development of new featur es.Participate in projects that enhance configuration capabilities and system functionali ty.Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfacti on.Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and system knowled ge. Required Skills and Qualificati ons: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, including direct involvement with application sup port.Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve application er rors.Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and ve rbal.Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environ ment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation sk ills.Demonstrated experience in managing system updates, migrations, and configurat ions.
