Technical Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries from clients and internal sales teams regarding productspecifications, pricing, availability, and applications. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle, including productcomparisons, solution design, and configuration support. Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and documentation for clientpresentations. Liaise with engineering, product management, or R&&D teams to resolve complex technicalqueries or issues. Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends. Input and manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot). Support new product launches and promotions by providing training and materials to salesteams and customers. Help troubleshoot customer problems and escalate issues when necessary. Track and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback to improveprocesses.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in a technical sale, customer support, or pre-sales role. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products/services offered. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry-specific software/hardware, e.g., SaaS, telecom, industrialequipment]. Sales or customer service certification. Familiarity with pricing models and procurement processes.
