Job Description

International Voice Technical Support

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support to US customers via inbound calls
Troubleshoot issues related to internet, TV, and network services
Log and update customer interactions in the system
Ensure quick and accurate resolution with quality service
Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice Process (Mandatory)
Undergraduates with relevant experience are eligible
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
5 Days Work from Office
2 Week-offs (Rotational)
2-way cab within a 25 km radius for both Male and Female Employees.
If not opting for company cab: 4,500 transportation allowance (only for male employees)
