Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including printer setup, configuration & diagnostics

Deliver high-quality customer experience while ensuring issue resolution within SLA

Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately

Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required

Maintain compliance with process standards and security guidelines

Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and productivity
Skills Required
