The role involves addressing queries related to products/services and providing accurate technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries related to technical issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.Provide step-by-step technical assistance.Maintain logs, reports, and documentation.Ensure timely resolution with a customer-first approach.Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required.Salary & Shift Details:CTC: 20,000 per monthTake-home: 16,500 per monthOvertime: Available as per business requirementShift: Day Shift
