Job Description

As a Technical Support Associate, you will work closely with the team of software developers to understand customer issues regarding software and resolve their issues with the help of developers. You will analyze all aspects of the software and make suggestions through the development phase to help avoid issues in the final product. - Answer calls professionally to provide information about ERP and services and obtain details of complaints. - Understand Customers Complaints related to ERP and translate them to the IT team properly. - Maintain and monitor ERP project plans, project schedules & work hours. - Assist users in all aspects of ERP system use. - Manage the configuration and operation of on-premises ERP systems; provide technical support for ERP and software issues. - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. - Document and follow up on important actions and decisions. - Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers" requests.
