Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Technical Support Associates with strong troubleshooting skills and deep technical knowledge across multiple network domains. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level technical assistance, resolve complex connectivity issues, and deliver superior customer support for enterprise and residential networking environments.
Key Responsibilities
provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and system issues across multiple domains.
Diagnose and repair issues related to connectivity, routing, switching, and network security.
Handle customer queries efficiently via spoken and written communication channels (Email, Chat, Calls).
Perform remote troubleshooting for Internet services and common customer devices (NAS, IoT, Smart devices, etc.).
Design, evaluate, and support enterprise and residential Wi-Fi networks.
Document issues, solutions, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and develop preventive measures.
Required Skills and Expertise
Candidates should have in-depth troubleshooting knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
Connectivity:
Ethernet, Wi-Fi, WDM, IPv4/IPv6
Switching: MPLS, QinQ
Routing: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
Network Security & Anti-DDoS measuresInternet
Services: DNS, DHCP, NTP, UPnP, NAT
Consumer Device Knowledge: NAS, IoT, Smart devices, etc.
Wi-Fi Design & Remote Troubleshooting (Residential or Enterprise)
Qualifications
minimum 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting or repair.
Strong verbal and written English communication (B2 level or above).
Graduate in any discipline; Engineering background preferred.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are an added advantage.
