The job of Corporate Linkages () will involve:
Understanding students career needs through interactions
Finding opportunities that match those needs on online and offline platforms and through personal networks
Connecting with corporate recruiters, who recruit fresh graduates, in Finance and Technology domain. Managing Relationships with new and existing corporate partners.
Preparing students to apply for selected job opportunities with feed forward information from the recruiters
Arranging for events and connects between demand and supply to facilitate interviews and selection of candidates
Collating data for interviews and selections and updating relevant dashboards Provide post placement support & counselling to students w.r.t. joining and retention, if needed
Preferred Skills & Experience
5-10 years of work experience in placing students in Fintech/BFSI (programming, coding, testing, software development, maintenance, product support, IT support, and similar) roles in the finance and technology sector, or in similar roles in allied sectors
Demonstrated excellence in college, internships and extra-curricular work Top tier graduate and/or postgraduate degree (preferred)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in relationship management with recruiters with be a definite plus Should have conducted placements for fresher graduates B.com/BMS/BAF/BSC entry level positions (Fintech/BFSI placements) with good client connects from finance and technology industry .
