Technical Support Analyst

As a Technical Support Analyst at DispatchTrack, your role will be crucial in resolving technical and functional customer issues through root cause analysis. Your experience in working with international clients and understanding the importance of customer service, including empathy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, will be vital in ensuring customer success. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks will enable you to effectively address customer queries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing root cause analysis and resolving technical and non-technical issues for international customers - Integrating DispatchTrack with other software systems - Monitoring the production infrastructure and following escalation protocols - Coordinating with the Development Team to synchronize data for future reference - Working with data formats such as XML and CSV - Having knowledge of Manual Testing To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - B.Tech / M.C.A pass outs with a minimum of 65% marks - Ability to understand customer problems and experience with SaaS applications - Knowledge of both software and hardware - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Willingness to work night shifts (PST) and in a hybrid work model - Excellent command over the English language with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills - Proficiency in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting problems - Capability to handle international clients and participate in conference calls If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of international customers, DispatchTrack encourages you to email your application to careers.india@dispatchtrack.com.,
