As a Programmatic Media Manager within the Partnerships & Innovations department, you will play a crucial role in managing partner accounts both from a business and technical perspective. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for our partners, ensuring effective communication, resolving technical issues, and optimizing performance to achieve mutual success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing relationships with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) to meet their needs and achieve performance goals. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting basic issues related to programmatic advertising, integrations, and data inconsistencies. - Conducting data analysis and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and basic SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and derive insights. - Monitoring partner metrics daily to identify opportunities and anomalies, collaborating closely with internal teams to address technical issues, and proactively solving potential challenges. - Recommending and implementing best practices to enhance account management efficiency and operational workflows.
