Job Description

As a Programmatic Media Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing partner accounts, ensuring smooth communication, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance for mutual success. Key Responsibilities: - Relationship Management with Supply-Side Platforms: Build and maintain strong relationships with SSPs, meeting their needs and achieving performance goals. - Technical Support & Optimization: Resolve technical issues related to programmatic advertising, integrations, and data discrepancies. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and basic SQL queries for campaign performance analysis and insights generation. - Partner Metrics Monitoring: Keep track of daily performance against key metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies. - Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to address technical issues and find solutions. - Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and tackle potential challenges before they impact business performance. - Process Improvement: Propose and implement best practices to enhance account management efficiency and operational workflows. Requirements: - 2-5 years of AdTech industry experience, ideally in account management, operations, or technical support. - Strong client-facing communication skills, capable of explaining adtech concepts clearly. - Understanding of Adtech and Programmatic landscape. - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas) for data analysis. - Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. - High level of responsibility and attention to detail in managing partner relationships and technical troubleshooting. - Proficient in English. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (SSPs, DSPs, ad servers). - Understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance optimization. - Understanding of mobile attribution. - Basic knowledge of SQL (writing simple queries to retrieve data) and comfortable working with large data sets.
