Job Title: Technical Support Analyst Insurance Verification (US Healthcare)

Role summary

Provide hands-on support for real-time electronic insurance verification for U.S. healthcare clients. Review transactions, analyze data and failures, and coordinate fixes with internal teams, payers, and clearinghouses.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and troubleshoot 270/271 eligibility
  • Analyze errors and rejections, identify root causes, and propose fixes. • Work with engineering teams, payers, and clearinghouses to resolve issues. • Validate corrections end to end and communicate status to clients. • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and issue logs; prepare concise client-facing updates.

Required skills

• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in U.S. medical insurance verification). • Strong understanding of payer rules, insurance types, plan types, and EDI (270/271) • Experience with clearinghouses and payer portals. • Ability to parse transaction data, spot gaps, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Excel, log analysis is a plus. • Clear written and verbal communication; client-facing support experience.
