Technical Support Analyst

Role Overview: As a Technical Solution Analyst, your primary responsibility is to conduct investigations on front-end applications. This includes capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally. You will also utilize backend techniques such as gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers. Effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal collaborators is crucial. Throughout the investigation lifecycle, you will be responsible for documenting notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles. Prioritizing work based on severity, you will need to strike a balance between client and business needs. Collaborating among and across teams to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct investigations on front-end applications - Capture information and apply fix tools - Shadow end users and test workflows internally and externally - Use backend techniques such as gathering log files and querying tables - Update database fields and cycle servers - Communicate effectively with clients and internal collaborators - Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles - Prioritize work based on severity - Collaborate among and across teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum of four years of related work experience - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field - Efficiency in SQL Preferred Qualifications: - 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management - Knowledge of SQL - Readiness to work during the shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST - Outstanding interpersonal abilities and adept at efficient communication with collaborators across various regions of the globe Note: Prospective employees need to be ready to work different shifts and provide on-call support.,
