You should be comfortable working with chat, email, and phone support, possess a good typing speed and email etiquette, and have basic knowledge of computer and internet usage. A calm and professional communication style, along with prior experience in client/customer support, will be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems, good listening skills with attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously, and a positive, client-focused attitude.
