Job Title:

ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS

GOOD IN AD , DNS , DHCP

MUST HAVE EXP AS A TECH SUPPORT IN TO INTERNATIONAL VOICE (MANDATE

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot hardware issues for AD , DNS , DHCP O365 , Windows , AD and guide users through step-by-step solutions
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams
Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and quality standards

Requirements:

Graduate / UG (any stream)
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Basic understanding of technical concepts (networking, OS, hardware/software)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs
