Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Engagement Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with business clients in the US market. The role involves engaging with professionals to schedule appointments, verify information, and drive webinar registrations as part of our B2B marketing and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in client interaction, lead qualification, or appointment coordination within a B2B setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business professionals and decision-makers in the US market through outbound calls and email coordination.
Conduct client verification, appointment scheduling, and webinar registrations based on campaign objectives.
Qualify potential leads and ensure accurate handover to the sales or marketing teams.
Maintain and update client interaction details, lead status, and follow-up notes in the CRM system.
Support ongoing campaigns by ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups with prospects.
Achieve assigned targets for client connections, appointments, and verified leads.
Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to enhance lead quality and client engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client engagement, appointment setting, or lead qualification (US process preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a professional tone. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable communicating with CXOs, Managers, and Business Decision-Makers.
Organized and detail-oriented, with good documentation and CRM skills.
Willing to work in US night shifts and from the office.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in SaaS, IT, or B2B marketing environments.
Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Freshsales, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Familiarity with email campaign follow-ups, webinar coordination, or lead nurturing processes.
