Technical Sr. Sales Executive

The role of North Technical Sr. Sales Executive requires someone with sales experience in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and a strong technical knowledge of MHE products. As the Sr. Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue targets are met within the MHE sector. Your key responsibilities will include generating enquiries and developing new business opportunities with both domestic and international clients. You will conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs. You should actively seek new sales leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media. As the Sr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on proposals and offers. Additionally, you will deliver product presentations to clients and prospects, negotiate and close deals, and handle any objections or complaints from clients. It is essential that you work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals, improve processes, and share customer feedback for continuous improvement. You will also be required to create regular sales reports, maintain financial data, represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences, prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, participate in process improvement activities, and archive and maintain data related to the Annual Business Plan (ABP). Maintaining a detailed customer database, including their growth plans and future requirements, will also be part of your responsibilities.,
