CTC: ₹6–8 LPA
Drive sales growth for automation machinery and conveyor solutions in the North
region, with responsibility to build, lead, and manage the regional sales team
independently.
Achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence
Generate enquiries and close orders for automation & conveyor systems
Build, manage, and mentor the regional sales team
Own the region and run the show independently with accountability
Manage key accounts and develop new customers
Handle complete techno-commercial sales cycle
Coordinate with engineering & project teams
Conduct site visits and customer meetings
Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in automation, conveyors, or material handling
sales
Proven ability to build and manage sales teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Willingness for extensive field travel
