Job Description

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Role Overview

Technical Specialist

What you will do-

Conduct internal technical interviews and pre-screening for incoming candidates.
Review job descriptions and assess candidate alignment with role requirements.
Mentor junior/mid-level developers through sessions on coding, design, and best practices.
Build and maintain learning material, mock interview kits, and evaluation rubrics.
Support technical onboarding and readiness of new team members.

What We’re Looking For-

3–5 years of hands-on experience in frontend/backend/full-stack development
Strong grasp of DSA, API design, databases, and clean coding principles
Familiarity with modern stacks like React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, etc.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring or evaluating peers
