This role requires on hand past experience in GeM operations, along with strong MS Office skills. Good communication skills will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end procurement activities on the GeM platform, including product publish, comparison bid, bid participation and Documents preparation. - Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement policies. - Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, invoices, and other related documents. - Coordinate with internal departments to gather bids requirements and provide timely support and assistance. - Monitor bid status, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues or discrepancies. - Stay updated with GeM policies, procedures, and any changes in the platform.
