GeM & Tender Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced GeM Executive to join our team. As a GeM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process through the GeM platform. This role requires on hand past experience in GeM operations, along with strong MS Office skills. Good communication skills will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end procurement activities on the GeM platform, including product publish, comparison bid, bid participation and Documents preparation. - Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement policies. - Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, invoices, and other related documents. - Coordinate with internal departments to gather bids requirements and provide timely support and assistance. - Monitor bid status, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues or discrepancies. - Stay updated with GeM policies, procedures, and any changes in the platform. Requirements: - Minimum 2 year of experience in GeM operations. - Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Good understanding of government procurement guidelines and GeM platform functionalities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, internal teams, and government officials. - Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment. - Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay updated with changing GeM policies and procedures.
