Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our IT Infrastructure team as a Technical Specialist. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to begin a career in IT support and infrastructure management. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining and supporting the company's IT systems, hardware, and networks, ensuring seamless technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

· Provide first-level technical support to internal users (hardware, software, and network issues).

· Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.

· Support basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.

· Perform routine system health checks and maintenance tasks.

· Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.

· Coordinate with senior IT staff or vendors for escalated issues or hardware replacements.

· Ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
