About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Solution Engineer who can operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. Someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, communicate crisply, and confidently drive solutions from initial discovery all the way to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical + commercial discovery to understand customer goals, map pain points, and propose clear, actionable solution options.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, responding to customer questions with accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.
• Translate insights into structured outputs — SOWs, solution proposals, product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, aligning engineering, product, marketing, and partners on scope, milestones, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation including PRDs, playbooks, partner collateral, workflows, and solution guides.
• Support partner enablement through training, co-branded material, and technical walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in technical consulting, technical product management, solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience conducting technical discovery, writing SOWs, or translating customer requirements into actionable product/engineering plans.
• Strong understanding of web/mobile products, APIs, integration patterns, cloud basics, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams — engineering, product, design, marketing, and customer success.
• Ability to create structured documentation (SOWs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, solution diagrams) with high clarity.

Skills

• Strong analytical and diagnostic thinking — able to break down ambiguous customer asks into clear problem statements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — crisp, structured, and customer-friendly.
• Ability to manage delivery risks, navigate trade-offs, and maintain alignment across teams.
• Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack, Figma, and GitHub.
• Bonus: experience with partner enablement or competitive market research.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with SaaS platforms, API integrations, or cloud technologies.
• Background in technical pre-sales, client-facing engineering, or product ownership.
• Ability to create diagrams and workflows using tools like Mermaid, Whimsical, or Miro.
• Exposure to startup environments or fast-paced delivery models.
