Technical Sales Support Engineer

You will be working as a Technical Sales Support Engineer in a full-time on-site role at PETStreamInc. As a Technical Sales Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include providing technical sales support, assisting with technical inquiries, and resolving customer issues. Your daily tasks will involve generating sales reports, analyzing data, and contributing to sales operations. Collaboration with both technical and sales teams will be essential to deliver exceptional support and service to customers. To excel in this role, you should have skills in Technical Sales and Technical Sales Support, along with previous experience in a support or sales role in Mould or Hot runner manufacturing OEM. Strong technical support and analytical abilities are required, along with experience in Sales Operations. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and interpersonal capabilities are crucial. You should also be comfortable working independently and remotely. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Academic qualifications such as B.Tech in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Tool Making and Die Casting, Manufacturing Technology, or any equivalent branch will be advantageous. Additionally, having 2-4 years of relevant experience in the beverage or manufacturing industry as per the job description will be beneficial for this role.,
