Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Technical Sales Support Engineer. The Technical Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, assisting with technical inquiries, and solving customer issues. Daily tasks include generating sales reports, analyzing data, and contributing to sales operations. The role includes collaborating with both the technical and sales teams to provide exceptional support and service to customers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Technical Sales and Technical Sales Support
• Past experience of support or sales role in Mould or Hot runner manufacturing OEM
• Technical Support and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Sales Operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the beverage or manufacturing industry is a plus
  

Academic Qualification:
B.Tech in Plastics engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/tool making and die casting/ manufacturing Technology/ or any equivalent branch.Experience: 02-04 year of experience in relevant field as per JD.
