Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist located in Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad (South Zone). The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, providing technical support, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales. The role involves collaborating closely with the technical team to deliver optimal solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Technical Machinery and ERP/CRM Sales skills

* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

* Technical Support skills

* Ability to work on-site across Chennai or south zone close to resident premises

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus

* Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
