Role Overview:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our Customer Support (Software) team. If you enjoy solving problems, interacting with clients, and ensuring smooth software usage, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Handle client queries related to our software solutions.
Provide support via calls, emails, and remote access.
Escalate technical issues to the development team if needed.
Maintain records of interactions and solutions.
Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of software/IT concepts.
Ability to handle clients with professionalism and patience.
