Job Description

As a Regional Technical Sales Manager for ETAP solutions, your role will involve creating, deploying, planning, and executing technical sales and business development strategies in designated industries and regions. You will be responsible for recommending ETAP product solutions, cultivating new relationships, and maintaining existing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Drive regional sales performance, create and execute sales plans, and identify sales opportunities to achieve targets. - Conduct ETAP solution presentations, manage regional sales processes, and develop sales proposals and contracts. - Collaborate with global sales and engineering teams, develop new sales leads, and implement service sales strategy for ETAP Real-Time solutions. - Integrate ETAP products into targeted industries, convert customer needs into engineering specifications, and position ETAP solutions in specifications and bids. - Generate sales leads, explore new market opportunities, establish long-term customer relationships, and represent ETAP at technical events and conferences. - Provide industry reports and strategic input, promote upgrades to ETAP Real-Time, and develop regional partnerships while maintaining industry awareness. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis on Power Systems. - Master's degree in business management with a specialization in sales and marketing preferred. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have: - 10+ years of experience in technical sales and application engineering. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals. - Knowledge of electric power systems and business processes. - Experience with ETAP or similar software. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel as and when required.
