Job Description

As a Sales Manager at EOS Techno, your role will involve leading the sales team across all product lines including process equipment, containment systems, piping distribution, and turnkey/EPC projects. You will be responsible for defining sales strategies and business development plans to expand the company's presence in both domestic and international markets. Additionally, you will manage key accounts within the pharma, chemical, and food industry sectors while mentoring and guiding both junior and senior sales engineers/executives. Your key focus will be on achieving overall company sales targets and providing regular reports to top management. Moreover, you will represent EOS Techno at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with an MBA being preferred. - 12-15 years of experience in capital equipment and project sales with exposure to leadership roles. - Demonstrated track record in developing sales strategies, managing clients, and driving revenue growth. - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to drive sales activities in both domestic and international markets.
