Job Description

Business Development & Sales Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calls. Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demos for industrial, commercial, and institutional customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water/wastewater treatment solutions. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and detailed product explanations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets. ✅ Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and facility teams. Follow up on inquiries, visits, proposals, and project status in a timely manner. Coordinate with the service/technical team for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support. ✅ Technical Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with the engineering team to draft BOQs, designs, and solution-based proposals. Stay updated on products, industry standards, and competitor activities. Maintain proper documentation, sales reports, and CRM updates.
