Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include providing technical solutions to customers, supporting pre-sales and post-sales technical processes, guiding clients through product installations or applications, and promoting and selling technical products or services. The role involves frequent collaboration with clients to understand their needs and offering relevant solutions, as well as maintaining strong professional relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with an ability to align technical knowledge to business solutions
• Skills in Technical Support to address customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues efficiently
• Strong Communication skills for effective customer interaction, presentations, and collaboration with team members
• Previous experience in Sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of automation, process instruments, or related industrial solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field preferred)
