Job Description

Role Description: As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be the bridge between technology and sales, helping customers understand and adopt our innovative retrofit home automation solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, architects, builders, and system integrators to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Consultative Sales – Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend tailored smart home solutions. Technical Expertise – Provide product demonstrations, answer technical queries, and assist with installation insights. Business Development – Identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Pre-Sales & After-Sales Support – Assist in technical presentations, proposals, and troubleshooting for clients. Market Intelligence – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to refine sales strategies. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) – Preferred fields: Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines. Background in Engineering/Technical Sales (Electronics, Electrical, IoT, Automation preferred). Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills to explain complex tech to non-technical customers. Sales Acumen & Customer-Centric Approach to build trust and close deals. Passion for Innovation & Technology – a genuine interest in home automation solutions. Industry Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Employment Type Full-time The ideal candidate for this position will be will obtain and expand the company's business relationships. In order to succeed in this position the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its products compiled with sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.
