Responsibilities and Duties Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions/quotations to customers promptly by understanding their requirement Provide Pre-technical support to customers Maximize customer satisfaction & activities for retaining customers Lead Generation through tele call to new potential customers Field visits to identified potential customer on time-to-time basis, all over India Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities and develop key accounts Travel to customer sites, product demonstrations, conferences, training and other related events as & when required. Make technical presentations & deliver Work on USPs of products Regular reporting on sales targets, monthly forecast and industry trend.
