Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions/quotations to customers promptly by understanding their requirement
  • Provide Pre-technical support to customers
  • Maximize customer satisfaction & activities for retaining customers
  • Lead Generation through tele call to new potential customers
  • Field visits to identified potential customer on time-to-time basis, all over India
  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities and develop key accounts
  • Travel to customer sites, product demonstrations, conferences, training and other related events as & when required.
  • Make technical presentations & deliver
  • Work on USPs of products
  • Regular reporting on sales targets, monthly forecast and industry trend.
  • Market research
  • Analysis of competitors

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong technical background
  • Field visits on regular basis
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Desire to work within a team and a cooperative attitude
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Sense of urgency and accountability

Education- Bachelor of Engg (ENTC/ ELECTRONICS), MBA
