Technical Sales Engineer

As a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Product Sales within the Electrical Engineering domain at Reliserv Solution, your primary responsibility will be to drive product sales for high-value electrical components and solutions related to substations, protection systems, and numerical relays. You will utilize your technical expertise and sales acumen to interact with customers, provide product specifications, prepare competitive quotations, manage negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with the internal technical team, you will ensure correct product selection and support for customers. Your ability to generate leads, explore new sales opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing and business development teams will be crucial for success in this role. Team coordination is essential as you collaborate with team members to achieve better results, demonstrate experience in team management, and evaluate reports. With a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of product sales experience in the electrical or industrial sector, you will possess a strong understanding of electrical substation components, numerical relays, and protection systems. Your confidence as a communicator, excellent sales presentation and negotiation skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills will set you apart. Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM software, and MS Office, along with fluency in English (spoken and written), are essential requirements for this role. In this full-time, in-house position located at the head office in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, you will actively participate in internal sales meetings, product training, strategy discussions, and special company projects as assigned.
